[Gardening Class]Saturday, Jan. 17th from10am to 11:30am the Sustainable Food Center is hosting a soil health classat its teaching garden. The workshop will teach all you gardeners out there how to diagnose the health of your soil and prepare it to grow delicious and healthy produce. [Water Talk] Sunday, Jan. 18th from noon to 1pmJessica Wilson, from theCity of Austin Watershed Protection, is speaking at the First Unitarian Universalist Church of Austin. Wilson's talk, "How we treat the land matters to all of us" will cover land use, parks, and open spaces, as well as the city's efforts to protect local creeks and aquifers.
