For over 13 years Barton Creek Farmers Market has been a part of the Austin Community where vendors and shoppers alike enjoy its collective vibe! Rain or shine, Barton Creek Farmers Market is always celebrating with a weekly, open-air market, local fresh foods, live music, kids entertainment, specialty events, festivals and a cafe for breakfast or lunch.
Texas Saké Company is the first Saké kura and organic alcohol maker in Texas, and the only independently-owned Saké kura in the United States. Our Saké is made using quality local organic rice from our farmers in Wharton and Bay City. Texas Saké company allow consumers a great-tasting domestically produced Saké and for the first time, a choice for the Texas consumer of a drink that is made and sourced locally. By honoring history and tradition, we are able to create a great product for Texas, its people, its land, and wildlife.
Habitable Spaces is a residency where artist will be given the opportunity to design and construct their own shelter on site – with very few rules curtailing the outcome! Each resident will work a minimum of 4 hours per day, three days a week on our farm. During our upcoming first residency period we aim to admit 6 artists, increasing to 12 in subsequent years. Habitable Spaces is expected to be open to the public in the fall of 2012.

The Blue Dahlia is an Austin-based bistro dedicated to the usage of organic ingredients whenever available. The Bistro's mission statement prides themselves in being extraordinarily attuned to the well-being of their customers and staff, as well as the impact that their practices and choices will have on the environment and local community. The Blue Dahlia also makes their fabulous space available as a resource for the locals to utilize in pursuing community-driven projects.
The HOPE Farmers Market is a weekly community gathering space where local farmers, artisans, community groups, families, and urban consumers can find fresh foods, community programs, artistic creations, agricultural education and wellness workshops.
Greenling Organics was built from the ground up around the simple idea that people needed a way to get fresh, nutritious food and we needed to do it in a way that did not damage our environment. We were tech savvy and knew that technology was revolutionizing industry after industry.
