Accessible Vegetables Launch

Location:
Near E 12th and Chestnut
1309 Singleton Avenue

FYI Kick off will be in East Austin:  Can you imagine taking a walk through your neighborhood and picking veggies from your neighbors' yards for dinner? Do you wish more children and families could have easy access to fresh fruits and veggies? Do you love to garden and have extra to share? Would you love to grow veggies instead of grass and shrubs in an accessible part of your yard? Would you like to actively participate in an up-stream version of health care reform?

If you answered "Why yes!" to one or more, then join us on Sun. Mar. 14th for the launch of AccessibleVegetables, a simple human movement to make fresh vegetables, fruit, herbs and nuts acccessible to all. Mingle with others who love to garden, foster community, share & seed ideas, network, and get inspired. Music, great food, and all the merriment we can muster.

Choose an accessible area of your yard or group plot to post your AccessibleVegetables sign and help grow this movement. If you live outside of Austin, contact me about helping to grow this movement in your city, neighborhood, or school.

Click here: AccessibleVegetables to find out more about this simple human movement with global aspirations!

Download the invite and kindly RSVP by Sun. March 7th. Share this invite with family, friends, schools and organizations who you think would like to participate.
