How Homeowner Associations Enforce Landscaping Requirements Detrimental to Wildlife(and what you can do about it). Zilker Botanical Garden Center, 7:00pm.

Phyllis Dolich will chronicle her battle with her local Homeowner’s Association regarding the native habitat plantings on her property in Sun City. Phyllis will explain how to preserve native plants as part of a natural landscape, and will explain the importance of these plants for attracting butterflies and other wildlife. She will also share her maintenance plan for her property. This plan was accepted by the local boards, and allows Phyllis to maintain her property as habitat, using native plants.
