Brandi started Austin EcoNetwork as a simple listserv back in 2003 and has gradually evolved it into the thriving communtiy website that it is. She keeps her finger on the pulse of Austin's Green Scene and shares her insights via the EcoBits by EcoBrandi section of the EcoNews (you must subscribe to get it) Brandi is a serial social entrepreneur and recognized community leader who focuses her energy on connecting people, information and resources. She runs Austin EcoNetwork, does public speaking and consulting in addition to be being an enthusiastic mother of two boys. Dawnielle Castledine, EcoNews Writer/Editor, Community (website/social media) Manager, and Partnership/Advertising Coordinator

Dawnielle began with the Austin EcoNetwork as an intern in 2010, and became an employee in 2011. She activates around issues of social/environmental justice and public space (also known as the commons). She is a librarian at the Sherwood Forest Zine Library, and a host on F.EM.radio- the first project of the Feminist Media Collective which she co-founded. Her dreams consist of cooperatively run coffee shops, decentralized government, lush forests, sail boats, and lots of places to curl up with a book and her computer. Anne is an accomplished graphic designer and copywriter (as well as blacksmith, sculptor, and landscape/permaculture designer). She is transitioning toward a life dedicated to urban agriculture and is excited to be at the hub of Austin's green scene and help connect the dots for our readers. Anne helps us make things prettier.
