Twang Twang Shock‐A‐Boom was born on the West Mall of UT campus in 1989, playing for pizza money. Although the band was only together 13 months, David Garza, Chris Searles, and Jeff Haley left a lasting impression on Austin’s music scene. 20 years later their lovely fans have not forgotten – many still clutching treasured copies of Twang cassettes and t‐shirts. In celebration of this 20 year old Austin‐unique miracle the band will be playing 3 especial shows Dec. 9,11&12, and happily launching their “sounds pretty good to me” music into iTunes.
