The Austin City Council will hold a public hearing before voting on a request by the Austin Water Utility for more money for the billion dollar project called "Water Treatment Plant 4." Staff wants millions to start digging near Lake Travis for an intake structure.
The public can sign up to speak on this item or donate time to another speaker. Sig up is at computers in the lobby of City Hall.
