Austin Museum of Art presents a Gulf Coast Sampler, 6:30–8 pm. Enjoy a sampling of cuisine and ideas about regional food. Southern food historian Elizabeth Engelhardt, Arthouse Director Sue Graze, chef Jesse Griffiths, and fisherman Roberto San Miguel discuss culinary traditions, sustainability, David Bates’s art, and fish tales.
