This Saturday, June 13th, from 1 – 4 PM
All of the homes on this tour have been rated 4 or 5-Stars by Austin Energy’s Green Building Program and are currently available for sale with prices ranging from the $230’s to $1.2 million. The homes will be open to the public from 1 – 4 PM and you can see as many or as few as you please. Some advanced green building features found in these homes include: soy-based foam insulation, solar PV systems, geothermal heat-pump systems, rainwater harvesting, passive solar cooling design strategies, WaterWise landscaping, and many other green building techniques. This will be a great opportunity to see superlative green-rated homes for free.
