For those who have yet to try or hear, Nature's Wash flavor tripping events involve the consumption of Miracle Fruit, these relatively unimpressive little red berries that look like nothing more than bright red grapes. They are eaten for one reason: for about 45 minutes afterward, bitter and sour foods turn sweet! You'll never believe how delicious a lemon or some Guinness can be until you've tried it during a flavor tripping party.

Miracle Fruit is a completely safe berry, native to West Africa but now used worldwide for it's interesting effect. Ours are organically grown right here in the United States.

So join us on Wed after Happy Hour at Cork & Co., a wonderful local wine bar on South Congress and 3rd. We will be serving some nibbles beforehand, a spread of flavor tripping foods (lemons, limes, saly & vinegar chips, goat cheese, etc.) at 7:30, as well as some wine and some Guinness.
