Commercial Use Of Dedicated Parkland Public Input Meeting
The City of Austin Parks and Recreation Department invites the community to a Commercial Use of Dedicated Parkland Public Input meeting on Wednesday, June 20, 2012, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., at the Zilker Botanical Gardens Auditorium, 2220 Barton Springs Road.
The Department is conducting a review of the Commercial Use of Dedicated Parkland Program. The program was designed to manage use of the parks system by outdoor commercial health and fitness businesses.
This meeting forum will provide the opportunity for public comments and insight regarding the initial six months of the program. The public’s input will assist the Department in evaluating the program’s successes, challenges and requirements.
