I have attended the GREEN Real Estate Conference in Denver, CO. I have sold homes with total rainwater collection systems (no city or well water); blue jean insulation; ICF construction; low or no VOC materials;etc. Peter Pfeifer was the architect of 1 home I sold featured on HGTV as a special Earth Week presentation. I drive a Prius, recycle, organic garden, my yard is a NWF Certified Wildlife Habitat; I have severely minimized my lawn grass; urban organic edible & xeriscape garden in my front yard.
