Environmental Corps

E-Corps is a program of American YouthWorks that trains members (ages 17-28) in “hands on” skills related restoration and preservation of our parks and public lands. The AmeriCorps component provides parearning scholarship money for college and a (bimonthly)living stipend. While participating in E-Corps’ program, members are pursuing their individual educational goals such as attaining their GED or diploma through the American YouthWorks Charter School, or completing relative college course work at a nearby college or university.
