Wedding and Special Events Coordinator – Barr Mansion & Artisan Ballroom The nation’s only certified organic special events facility We are committed to having eco events that are spectacular. Looking for an individual who is: • Effective in negotiating and booking events • Congenial with sales calls, clients and guests • Enjoys learning new trends and networking • Innovative in finding new sales opportunities • Responsive to the uniqueness of every bride or client • Creative with ideas to keep our facility vibrant • Sensitive to time and cost savings • Dedicated to working collaboratively with all employees • Committed to details, organization and time management • Excited about finding environmental solutions The Wedding and Special Events Coordinator handles sales calls, emails and appointments, organizes the wedding/event process from invoices to worksheets, coordinates the rehearsals and ceremony and insures the time line for the reception is followed. We offer a competitive salary, commission, vacation, great food and an environment that is growing, rewarding and fun! Hours are 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, more in the high season which is Fall and Spring. Your workweek would be Thursday through Monday.
